Triplets with K

Watching This is Us and was thinking that I’m not a massive fan of the three names (Kevin, Kyle and Kate) but then realised I like hardly any K names!!

Just for fun, what 3 K names would you choose if you had triplets Boy, Girl, Boy?

After much deliberation I’ve gone for

Kingsley (Harry Potter fan here)
Katelina (Lina for short)
Kyoto (a city I love)

Kieran, Kaitlyn and Kaleb

I wouldn't. Triplets have an increased chance of being born premature and admitted to SCBU. They'll have the same surname, and probably all the same DOB. They may have hospital numbers only one digit different. I'd be making damn sure to give them names, from the moment they were born, that looked and sounded significantly different. To reduce the odds of human error.

OP is not calling triplets KKK. I'd go for:

Kalvin
Karys
Kyle

Agree with nocool not to mention sentencing the poor kids to all the administrative cock ups starting in their teens with multiple of them with the same initial, surname and home address.... got that t shirt!

But if back was against the wall,
Kenneth
Katherine
Kade

TheAbbotOfUnreason · 13/02/2022 17:06

Karsten
Katharine
Konrad

Kitkat151 · 13/02/2022 17:10

Yawnnn.

So you think Kate or Katherine sounds chavvy?

Kitkat151 · 13/02/2022 17:30

@BlackCatz yes I do.....much prefer Catherine

Kitkat151 · 13/02/2022 17:31

Oh bore the fuck off lol.

Sheknowsnodifferent · 13/02/2022 17:34

What an offensive thread. If your name begins with 'k' you are a chav. Fuck if you're a good person, you are forever thought of as a chav. What small minded people some of you are and you I bet most of you call yourselves good mothers. Disgusting. I teach a lot of children from low income families whose names begin with the letter 'k' some of the sweetest children called Kelsey Kai, Kayden, Kim, Keeley to name a few and they are lovely. Some of the comments here make you sound like nasty snobs.

Kitkat151 · 13/02/2022 17:35

@BlackCatz the Sunday weirdos are coming out to play🤣🤣🤣

worriedmummyofboys · 13/02/2022 17:40

I know triplets all girls 2 have K initials and 1 doesn't but I can't say it would be too outing

Sheknowsnodifferent · 13/02/2022 17:41

@kitkat151 the irony of your username as well! I bet you are a Katherine 🤣

GreenClock · 13/02/2022 17:52

I love the names Kate and Kirsty. They’d be on my list even if I didn’t have to choose K names for the purpose of this thread.

I also like Kaspar and Karl for the boys. I have a soft spot for Keith too - it is due a come back I think! I don’t mind Kendall nn Ken for a boy but unsure if I’d use it.

I wondered if the writers of TIU had thought about the far-right connection! I would never use three K names for triplets in the UK let alone America.

ZoyaTheDestroyer · 13/02/2022 17:57

I have always loved the name Kasia (pn kasha) but it’s really only useable with Polish heritage.

user1471443411 · 13/02/2022 18:08

Kayden (would prefer it spelt Caden)
Kate
Kristopher or Kristoff (actually prefer this to Christopher)

RedToothBrush · 13/02/2022 18:12

K names are associated with certain social and cultural things atm. Kim and co and the children of footballers wives do put me off.

I possibly would think differently but for that.

RaoulDufysCat · 13/02/2022 18:17

Kester
Katia
Killian

Happenchance · 13/02/2022 18:20

Kaleb, Kaia and Kristopher

tillytoodles1 · 13/02/2022 18:22

I know a set of triplets whose names all start with K.

roastingmichael · 13/02/2022 18:28

I just went through a huge list and there was one, two at a push that I like.
Kitty and reluctantly Katy. I like Katy but it's a bit dull.

Like a PP said, almost all the ones that were ok, I thought it would be better with a C.
