Help - Name to go with Phoebe & Freddie

Please help!

I am due my third child (boy) at the beginning of April. I have two lovely children, Phoebe (3) and Freddie (1). I am desperate for a name that goes with these two as I feel that they flow so well together and am really struggling for a third. I am very keen to keep the -eh sound at the end but not keen on another F phonetic sound at the beginning. I liked Finn but I am scared it will get too much (friends have commented before on Phoebe and Freddie already being a tongue tie which annoyed me a little). My partner and I are struggling to decide on any name at all. Bobby was the clear favourite but my partner is now digging his heels in over this one and I would rather find something we can agree on.

Sorry for this long, rambling message! Opinions please!

To be honest phoebe Freddie and Finn sound lovely - it’s not too much at all for me personally.
But I see how it could be too much for some- again that wouldn’t put me off.
Maybe Marley? Henry? Jamie?

Phoebe and Bobby is as matchy as Phoebe and Freddie imo.
What about Alexander?

Think a one syllable name would work well. Just not beginning with F.

Francis nn Frank (I like the Fs!)
Laurence nn Laurie
Ernest (nn Ernie if you want)
Patrick (nn Patch or Paddy if you want)
Jerome
Jethro
Max
Luke
Guy
Joss
Elijah nn Eli
Albert nn Albie or Bertie

I wouldn’t call anyone Bobby as a full name, but if you call him Robert, he can be Bobby, Robbie or Robin as a diminutive

I think Finn sounds fine.

You could go for Fintan as the longer version?

vastgrandupgrade · 19/01/2022 23:24

Charlie came to mind immediately. Or Toby.
