Just wondered what thoughts there were on Liberty as a name

I also think liberty bodice (but you have to be a certain age).

I like it think there was someone on love island with the name

I do like it.
But.. I always imagine a cross parent yelling "liberty, come here ' ' liberty, go to your room" liberty, do as I say.

And LB in the film June (I think) was cute.

It sounds like a made up stripper name to me like Destiny, Trinity etc.

I have a Liberty, she's ended up having the nn Bertie rather than Libby as we assumed. I love it.

Also, I think the name's origins are Quaker? I was looking for a strongish, possibly slightly arty girls name and kind of had Liberty the shop/Liberty Ross in mind. My Liberty is nearly 7 so predates Love Island!

Yes. Three girls had babies when I was in high school in the nineties, two of the babies were named Liberty.

I think it's Liz Truss's daughter's name. Really weird choice imo, too political.

Verity is much nicer

I like Libby but not Liberty

Liberty is quite nice but I don't like Libby, which feels quite prim and hard-edged.
