If you recall the incident when the group of Thai schoolboys got trapped in a cave, Elon Musk had a paddy when the rescuers rebuffed his offer of a submarine. In retaliation, he called one of the divers in the rescue party a paedophile.

I read it as Elton.. neither would make me raise an eyebrow but they are not names I'd choose

Elon is synonymous with Musk, and naming your child after a very high profile billionaire businessman who called a diver who was trying to save a group of children trapped in a cave ‘paedo guy’ is asking for problems.

Elon Musk is a genius, who has Asperger's, comes from a sexist culture and has a difficult father. Consequently he has struggled with keeping intimate connections in his personal life. Can't deny the guy is a genius though! He's changing the world.

I think it's very touching he named the car Tesla, creating a well-deserved legacy to poor Nikola Tesla.

I know 2 People called Elan and had never even thought of Elon musk. I really like the name tbh
