Middle Names for all Children?

If you give a middle name for one child, should you then give all children middle names?

DH is one of 3

Oldest brother has one middle name
DH has two
Youngest brother has no middle name (but his name is the same as oldest brothers middle name... )

I say yes - which is why both of mine ended up with 3 names.
