Baby name regret

I was wondering if I could get some help and reassurance. My daughter is now 3 years old. While heavily pregnant with her my father and mother in law got divorced. We had already picked the name Elsie as her name. 1 week before she arrived my father in-law met a woman who’s grand daughter was named Elsie. We decided not to change her name as we hadn’t met them and it was early days. 3 years on they are as strong as ever and now the children have the same name. I deeply regret not changing it as I worry my daughter doesn’t have her own identity on that side. However I obviously love her name but regret it for the fact the other child is called Elsie.
Any suggestions on how to make me feel better?

Thankyou

I also know a couple who both have children from previous relationships called Alfie and a couple who have a Grace and Gracie.

At school I had a friend called Alexia who went by Alex. Her parents divorced and her dad remarried and had a baby boy who they called Alexander! So Alex and Alex were brother and sister 😂 so weird. They used their full names when together though. Are both Elsies full name Elsie or is it short for something? Probably a daft q I don't know what it would be short for 🤷🏻‍♀️

I met a couple just the other day who had a son and a daughter with the same name (spelt slightly differently but pronounced the same) of similar ages in their blended family!

I also know a family where there are loads of pairs of first cousins who share a same first name.

It would slightly bother me but only slightly - it's just a quirk of circumstance and it happens. I wouldn't give it too much thought.
