Which do you prefer?

Still early days but beginning to think of names for our daughter. Surname begins with H and is 3 syllables.

Willow Grace H
Willow Belle H
Autumn Grace H
Autumn Belle H

We also like Bella but not so keen.

What are people's thoughts on autumn? Some people we tell absolutely love it and others hate it!!!

Autumn Willow would surely have to be a joke. How about Christmas Holly? Spring Blossom? Winter Rayne?

All four names are lovely. Love Willow and Autumn. Don’t agree with PP that Autumn is a horrible season. I think it’s lovely and cosy. Your middle names are nice too- so whatever you choose will be nice!

Autumn Belle is beautiful but I'm put off by A.B.H.

I actually think autumn is a lovely season but hey, each to their own of course.

It's pretty split between the two names it seems. family names for middle names are difficult as I don't actually like them, eg Marie and Louise. Plus I have certain people who would be offended by us choosing from one persons side if that makes sense 🙄

Will keep playing around with the names.

I am a primary school teacher by the way which makes choosing names very difficult as you associate so many names with memorable children 🤣🤣

I like Grace, I don't like any of your other choices.

I prefer Autumn to Willow but Autumn Belle sounds like the name of a prom queen at an Autumn ball.

I like Willow Belle.

I always think a shower middle name with a long surname after it is there as a filler, or a springboard, and not chosen on its merits as a name. It can also sound as if the two names are supposed to be used together ( as in hyphenated names) like Lily May, etc.

I think a longer middle name would lend gravitas.

Willow Estelle Hendrickson
Willow Emmeline Hepplethwaite
Willow Elizabeth Heseltine
Willow Alicia Halperton

Autumn is beautiful. Not keen on Willow or Belle. Grace is also a beautiful name - hate this nonsense about "filler" names. Some names are popular for a reason - because they're nice and flow well with other names. So, Autumn Grace for me. I think it's lovely.
