Zeynab name pronunciation

How would you pronounce this name please?
I am a non native English speaker so would like to double check how most people may pronounce it. I am not sure if I should go for Zaynab or Zeynab but i want it to sound an “ey” as in elephant? If that makes sense? Thanks so much

Zaynab” may get pronounced more like “Zah-y-nab” in french.

Zay is very similar in French as English. Eg. Azay-le-Rideau (famous chateau)

I teach, and have taught many children with the names Zainab and Zaynab. Both pronounced with the long vowel sound ‘ay’ as in hay.

I know a Zaynub and Zay rhymed with day

The one I know was Zynab pronounced Zay (as in hay) nab.

It's an ay sound, which sits somewhere between ai in hair and ay in play. I can't think of an English language equivalent sound - English is not the richest for vowels
