I'd put them in the order of the list in the OP.

I like the first three a lot, but don't like Rowan much and Ethan not at all.

We picked Ethan for our youngest, but I changed my mind. I still regret doing that, as I think it's a lovely name.

All lovely names. My baby girl is called Rowan. I regret her name as it continually gets shortened to Row even when you ask people not to. But mainly because Roman (with an M) is the fastest rising boy name. Roman has catapulted into the top 30 names. Used to be outside the top 1,000 names! To have a child with a name (Rowan) that's so similar to an extremely popular and fast rising name is really tough as there's so many baby RoMans now and her name gets merged and muddled with Roman (with an M) all the time.

  2. Leo - also lovely but I prefer Leon

  3. Max - nice enough name but I find it a bit dull. I know so many.

  4. Ethan - it's ok. I don't know why I don't like it more. I just don't like how it sounds.

  5. Rowan - love this for a girl. Really don't like it for a boy at all.
