I like Lina (pronounced Leena) but would prefer Lena spelling.

I preferred it spelt Lena too, but it seems to cause confusion on pronunciation.

Would you be pronouncing like CAM-EEE-LA or CAM-ILL-UHH? Either way it's still top for me out of your options. Maybe worth bearing in mind that I think most in the UK would assume same pronunciation as Camilla, the second way, and you may also have to deal with mis-spellings adding the second L.

I'm not in the UK and Camilla isn't at all popular where I am (neither is Camila), though I could still see people mispronouncing it.

I would pronounce Lina as lee-na and Lena as lay-na. I don't like Adriana but Lina and Camila are nice.
