No they don’t work well together, and I’m not not keen on them individually either.

So it’s not Ivy Mila its Ivy Milena? Why do you need to shorten a middle name?

Individually- beautiful names. Together, they don’t work in my option. I think if you added a longer middle name in between it could work, eg Ivy Josephine Mila, Ivy Olivia Mila, Ivy Charlotte Mila.
