All beautiful names. I would go with Alice (I have a 1 year old Alice) I love the name and although it is fairy popular, as a teacher I have rarely come across any.
You can’t go wrong with any of your choices though. All classics in my opinion.

Grace is ok but overused as a middle name

Olivia is lovely.

Alice isn't to my taste, just because I can't see past the word lice. Grace isn't my cup of tea, as an atheist I would hate to be called it because it seems to religious with Amazing Grace.

Olivia has been the most popular girls name for many years. I think Grace was up there too. So on that basis I would choose Alice.

Alice then Olivia, both lovely. Not a fan of Grace, that “ay” sound always seems a bit harsh to me.

Alice hands down. Beautiful, classic and elegant.

Olivia all the way. Timeless and elegant. Livy also lovely as a nickname.

Hard to go wrong here to be honest!

I know a lot of adult and teen Olivias and Olivers, so although it's lovely I probably wouldn't choose it.

I also love the S sound on the end of Alice and Grace - nicer and more unusual than -a or -y, I think!
