Hi all

Not looking for opinions on the name, just a sense of how popular Toby is in your area and the age of those children with the name. For example are there several babies called Toby that you know or several children called Toby in your DC's nursery/class at school?

The names popularity list I just looked at had it at no 41, below Jaxon and Reuben.
I don't know/have never met any Jaxons or Reubens, but I also don't know many babies.

I don’t know any - but that’s what I would have called one of my children were they a boy!

I only know adult Tobys.

I know of 1 Tobias who is nursery aged, and there's only one Toby in the primary school I work in. It's a great name, easy to spell, pronounce and well known without being popular.

I don’t know any Tobys. Don’t know why, it’s a lovely name! Can’t even think of many on tv except a little boy who used to be on the new Tracy beaker.

I know one human Toby. He's about eight.

However one my cats is also called Toby. He's one

Obviously you didn't like my opinion 😂 but yeah it's not too popular but still wet and twee.
