So I registered my daughter a few days ago she’s 10 days old today I did her name as Myla and Grace as a middle name but I really want it to be Myla Grace as a double barrelled name then give her a different middle name . Is it possible to do this as I’ve only just registered her or will I have to go through courts and everything to do it ?

I would personally save yourself the bother because most kids with hyphenated names only get called the first part anyway. Especially as they get older by theirs peers, teachers etc.
