Our little girl is due in the end of September and we’ve decided to name her Braylee. I can’t decide on a middle name. What middle names flow with Braylee?

Are you sure about Braylee? It's a new name to me and I don't think it is pretty. What about it do you like?

WhoppingBigBackside · 12/08/2021 09:01

I had a quick search and it is a name. If you like it, use it.

I'd try to use a more traditional middle name and not Grace, Rose, May or Rae.

Rose.I know everyone uses it now but it's goes so nicely

SuperSketchy · 12/08/2021 09:20

I agree, although I don't usually like Rose as a middle name, as it's done to death, Braylee Rose is really sweet. A bit like Briar Rose but not too much. She will also have an unusual first name, so a common middle name may not be an issue. It goes well with lots of middle names imo though, so you can't go wrong really.

Thank you for the middle name suggestions
I’m considering
Braylee Paige
Braylee Claire
Braylee Amelia
Braylee Elara

The baby’s first name is definitely going to be Braylee. We are doing her nursery next week and I’ve ordered some name letters from Jojo Mama Bebe to go in there.

Claire or Amelia. Not only do they flow well, a more classic name tends to add balance to an unusual first name. Imo different + different = a little try hard. Different + classic = well-balanced & sensible whilst accounting for personal tastes. Have fun setting up the nursery!

Camandmitch · 13/08/2021 07:23

Braylee Maria
Braylee Mia
Braylee Faye

SuperSketchy · 13/08/2021 08:25

I like Braylee Claire of your options op!

I don't think Elara or Amelia go well with Braylee.

Braylee Paige is nice too and a bit more modern than Claire, which I like. Thinking about it I actually think Braylee Paige sounds nicer than Braylee Claire, but both are nice Smile

Braylee Paige is similar to braille page.

PlainJane1000 · 19/08/2021 01:11

Braylee Claire.
Also like pp's suggestion of Braylee Kate.

CaffiSaliMali · 19/08/2021 09:09

I would balance Braylee with something a bit more traditional, like Claire or Rose. Some other suggestions:
Braylee Anne
Braylee Jane
Braylee Jean
Braylee Sarah

You could get away with a longer middle name, like:
Braylee Elizabeth
Braylee Catherine
Braylee Alexandra
Braylee Rosalind

Pollythecat15 · 19/08/2021 15:41

Braylee Savannah or Braylee Skye

user1493494961 · 19/08/2021 15:49

Elizabeth, Kate, or Rose would be nice (and she could change it when she's older)
