First & Middle name combinations for baby girl

Which combinations do you prefer?

First name options are:
Ilah/Isla or Issa

Middle name options are:
Athena, Allegra, Mia, Mya, Nayeli or Nalini

Isla Nalini.

I think you need to balance the a sound at the end of your first name options with a different sound at the end if the middle name. Also nalini is very pretty

Isla Nalini is nice. I love Athena but it doesn’t really go with Isla, if I could choose any from your list I’d say Athena Nalini is lovely.

Nalini works very well as a middle name.
