William - 5 - it's a fine name but I couldn't get excited about it.
Louis - 10 - lovely (assuming Lou-ee pronunciation).
Joseph - 7 - I like Joseph, but not Joe. Joss is nice if you can make it stick.
George - 6 - fine but so popular. It wouldn't surprise me if George overtook Oliver for the most popular name in the next few years.
Philip - 7 - familiar without being too common.
Harry - 2 - not awful but it's been done to death at this point.
Albert - 3 - not fan of the full name and Albie is booming. I think this will date badly.

William - very traditional. Will is ok.
Louis - Wouldn't use it as it's currently trendy. Louie spelling is grim.
Joseph - very traditional. Joe is ok. Nothing wrong with it.
George - very traditional. Nothing wrong with it.
Philip - 1. Would use. 10/10
Harry - overused by friends, so I wouldn't use it
Albert - Albie, Bert and Bertie all not to my taste. Definitely wouldn't use it but Albert is ok.

Louis - 9/10 as long as pronounced properly. Would be 1/10 if pronounced Lewis.
Joseph - 6/10. Nice but a bit ubiquitous
George - 4/10. An unfair, irrational dislike name for me.
Philip - 3/10. I want to like this. But I just can't. Pip is cute, Phil is awful...
Harry - 7/10. Nice. Popular. Safe.
Albert - 4/10. I just don't like all those Alfie/Archie type names. However this is probably my favourite of all of them.
