Sister or brother to Angela and Xavier

Back again. 28 weeks pregnant and the choice of names isn't easy. I keep adding new ones to the list from to time, although my husband is super positive we shall have figured it out when the baby is born. He also makes it difficult as he tends to criticize most of the names I suggest and also offers limited suggestions😣. Below are some of the names we are considering:
Boys

1. Asher
2. Xander - this one is almost out of the list as it is very close to Xavier
3. Arthur
4. Jared
5. Alex

Others have considered for a boy are Nathaniel, Matthew and Gabriel, but they all been dismissed 🙂

Girls

1. Deborah (Debbie)
2. Louisa
3. Amelia
4. Audrey
5. Eleanor/Eleanora/Elena

What do you think of these names? Any other suggestions are welcome.

Xander is lovely and goes very well with the other names. Asher is too similar to Xavier.

I love Louisa and Eleanora.

Asher is lovely and not too similar. I'm afraid I don't like any of the girls' names, especially awful Uh-mealy-uh (that's all I hear.)

I love Arthur from your boys’ list. Really like Alex too.
None of the girls’ stand out for me, but I’d choose Amelia if I had to.

How do you pronounce Xavier? Arthur and Amelia sound best with Angela and Xavier (French pronunciation) in my head, as they share that initial A sound. But if you say Zay-ve-er that logic doesn’t work anymore!

Personally I like all of them apart from Xander, which I agree is too similar to Xavier.

I'd avoid Amelia and Audrey if you get anything by post as you would then have two Miss A. Whatevers in your house. Less of a problem if you are online for everything.

Louisa is nice - works well with her siblings and quite international, as does Eleanor/Elena. I wouldn't have another "A "name if you have another DD since you already have Angela. Deborah is a bit dated in the UK but does have a nice sound if that doesn't matter to you.

I think classic Alexander (nn Alex) works well with his siblings names but I wouldn't use just Alex or Xander on the BC as his siblings have "full" names and it seems a shame not to do the same for DS2. Arthur also works fine imo but Jared and Asher somehow have more of a "modern" sound to me (despite being Biblical!), so don't work quite as well with Angela and Xavier imo.

I like Deborah and was going to suggest it myself.

Ditch Deborah it’s very dated and Debbie is just awful.

I’d choose Alex or Louisa.
