Gracie and Tillie are nicknames - cute on a child, not good for an adult woman.

My favourite is Sofia (love that spelling), and Mila is pretty good too

IVflytrap · 03/07/2021 11:33

Sofia or Mila.

Whatshouldicallme · 03/07/2021 12:01

Sofia.

I like Tillie for a little girl as well but like PP said I don't think it works as a full name. If you like Matilda nn Tillie that's lovely and would be right up there with Sofia for me.Smile

hawkehurstgang · 03/07/2021 12:31

Ottilie or Matilda nickname Tillie?
I like Daisy!
The others would be nice if they weren't so terribly overdone, but just seem a bit dull now.

Theoldwoman · 03/07/2021 12:55

Amelia, followed by Grace.

Disfordarkchocolate · 03/07/2021 13:09

Tillie

I like them all.

IamnotwhouthinkIam · 03/07/2021 15:46

Amelia (can always use Mila as a nn if you want as well) - it's very popular, but most of your other choices are more nicknames and Sofia will likely end up saying "Sofia with a F" a lot.

Camandmitch · 03/07/2021 16:25

Daisy

Lotsachocolateplease · 03/07/2021 16:29

This is your second thread today with the same names missing off the ‘hyphen Bea’
Are you now planning on dropping the hyphen and having Bea as a stand alone middle name?

Clickbait · 03/07/2021 16:31

In order:
Sofia
Tillie
Daisy
Gracie
Amelia
Mila

DramaAlpaca · 03/07/2021 16:31

Sofia is the only one I like.

Amelia - lovely
Gracie - not so keen. I would use Grace with Gracie as the nickname but I find it a bit dull tbh
Tillie - I love this as a nn for Matilda but not a stand alone name
Daisy - I love this. This one is my favourite of your names. I think it's cute for a little one but strong and beautiful for a grown woman
Sofia - it's ok. I prefer Sophia spelling but it's a bit popular for me
Mila - it's ok.

KirstenBlest · 03/07/2021 18:17

Amelia - don't like. Overused
Gracie - ok but as nn for Grace. Grace overused.
Tillie - Tilly is a better spelling. ok as a nn
Daisy - ok
Sofia - prefer Sophia but so overused as to be dull
Mila - don't like it at all.

FayeFayeFayeFayeFaye · 03/07/2021 18:23

Amelia - massively overused
Gracie - twee, too cutesy and again massively overused
Tillie - doesn’t feel like an actual name
Daisy - too cutesy for an actual grown up
Sofia - best of the lot
Mila - seems faddy, and feels like it’s short for something

Maybe Gracie but I know multiple adult Tillie's and think nothing of it.

Mila is definitely the least common of these names but that's not a consideration, they are all nice names!

SleepingStandingUp · 03/07/2021 18:44

Amelia too popular
Gracie like and she can always use Grace when he's older if she wants
Tillie I do think it's lovely but also a nn so would prob go Matilda and shorten to Tillie
Daisy lovely
Sofia meh
Mila not keen
