I prefer Robin, i just gave it to DD2 as a middle name! The robin themed presents have already started so you are right about that.... but i love them, so its ok!

Due day tomorrow. Still no closer to choosing a name but Robyn is definitely still a contender!

Robyn is gorgeous. I know a toddler one. She is 50/50 Robyn or Robbie. No one has particularly gone for the Robin theme so I wouldn't worry too much about that. It's a lovely name - not "weird" but not super common either.

I like it. DD has a Robyn in her class (age 10)

I know 3 adult robyns, a male robin and 6 robyns under 5. It’s becoming increasingly popular. Personally I’m not a fan. Nicknames I’ve known for Robyn are rob, Robbie and Bin/Binny.

both my daughters-in-law are called Robyn
they both have Christmas cards and wrapping paper with robins on them. one is ok with it the other is not
also, batman jokes and batman themed gifts for my grandsons

She's beautiful. And I love the name. I know it's not spelt the same but I think there is something very special about robins

Congrats OP! Baby Robyn is gorgeous. Totally outing but I have an older teen Robyn. You don't hear it that often and you'll rarely see anything made with her name on. My DD's nicknames are mainly Bobby and Rob which she chose, and she just gives a withering smile if someone asks her where Batman is.
