Would I constantly have people saying 'how unusual'? Or wondering how to pronounce it? (I would say my-cah)

Seems a sensible enough name.

I thought it was Mee-ka. I don't like My-ca. There's a rock called mica with that pronunciation.

The o e I know is called my-ka like the rock.

Biblical male name pronounced MY-kuh. I don't generally like Old Testament names and this is no exception. On the positive side, it's nicer than Noah.
