What do people think of this name for a boy? Pronounced Ad-lay?.

I would consider a different spelling but not sure what ones work. I have considered Adlae but don’t know it looks weird

I don't dislike it like at all and it goes well with your other name.
I would mispronounce it on the first occasion.

I think we will go for it :)

I'd think Stevenson, and I think many people will make exactly that association. So although unusual, definitely a real name

I like it but wonder if people will confuse it with Hadley?

So do you say your first borns name Esai as Easy and this one would be Adlai... Easy and Bad lay .. I just wouldn't.

No, it’s pronounced like Ee-sigh/Ease-eye.
