French/Hebrew/nature boys name needed quickly!

Just that.

Got one week to name him. We’re an English/french family with Jewish/Irish and perhaps at a stretch Welsh and Scottish roots.

I like unusual names, possibly with a connection to nature. Pronounceable in french and English!

Any good ideas?

You in France? We've got an Oscar. There's a Scottish Tom at school. I'm guessing he's arrived already?

I might be biased as I know a lovely little boy with this name with a similar heritage to yours.

When you say Hebrew, do you mean biblical Hebrew names or just Hebrew? A lot modern Hebrew names are nature based.

Love Tal. Means 'dew', I think.

FloconDeNeige · 01/06/2021 13:41

Yeah, Conor wouldn’t work! Nathanial neither. Our neighbours just named their new baby Nathan. DH (French) pronounces it Nat-an whereas I (British) pronounce the ‘th’ part.
