Stuck on girls names!

We found out we are having a girl and I thought it would be easy to pick one, it's really not! We've got two possibles but they are very different. We have an Irish surname so struggling to find one that flows as it starts with 'O'

We both really like Billie but is that really strange? Middle name would be Moya or Mary after my aunt. Our other 'safe' option is Emma, which I love but husband isn't as keen! And Emma doesn't flow with Moya. Some others we toyed with are
Quinn (I still love this but my husband hated it)
Stevie (Husbands choice)
Willow (going off this)

Any other suggestions? I like how carefree Billie sounds and it's not overly common!

I prefer Emma, not keen on Billie for a girl although I adore Charlie for a girl.

I quite like Billie, and think Billie Mary is cute - or Billie Marianne is a bit more sophisticated. Stevie I think is cute as a nn, but needs Stephanie or Stefania as a full name because it really is associated with boys, Emma is a lovely classic, can’t go wrong - or Emmeline.

Willow is wet and faddy, will date. Moya I hate, just sounds like a depressed Granny name like Moira or Myra.

My friend's daughter was almost called Billie but then Billie piper got v famous so they called her Bea instead. Think she is Beatrix on birth certificate but always known as Bea.
Absolutely lovely young woman now.
