Lindsey is also unisex although you don't come across many males called this any more

Scarby9 · 17/05/2021 15:45

@BramStoker
Lindsay is still pretty popular for boys on Scotland.

BramStoker · 17/05/2021 15:50

@scarby9 I didn't realise that but it makes sense since the only male Lindsey I know is Scottish!

Liv
Lee
Lou

Liadan (irish, not that common here either)

I think Lindsay is a lovely name. Not usually in favour of creative spellings but I would spell it Linzy

SpindleWhorl · 17/05/2021 18:53

I like the name Luca

partyatthepalace · 17/05/2021 20:46

I met a woman called Lyndall once, it was originally boys but now unisex apparently. Other than that, I can only really think of nice ones that are male/female variations...
Laurie as nn for Laura/Laurence
Leo as nn for Leon/Leonora
Lorne/Lorna
Lucian/Lucienne
Louis/Louise/a

Luca and Liv I think might have passed as unisex a couple years back but now pretty established as male/female. Lindsay/Lindsey is but mostly girls these days, and Lesley/ie is just grim..
