I really like Marina, Rosalind and Sabine.
I also like Emma, Joan and Antonia. The Antonia I know is called Toto which I think is lovely.

atracurious · 14/04/2021 22:15

Dislike Rosalind, Joan and Sabine

I love Antonia nn Toto and Emma is beautiful and timeless

Marina is fine

Staffroomdoughnut · 14/04/2021 22:15

I’d go for Rosalind Joan

atracurious · 14/04/2021 22:16

Sorry missed a few! Victoria, Faye and Sara are also beautiful names and so elegant!

I find Helen and Tabitha a bit plain.

EvilOnion · 14/04/2021 22:26

I like Faye, Sara and Emma :)

scrivette · 14/04/2021 22:29

Sabine and Samantha are my favourites from your list.

BramStoker · 14/04/2021 22:30

I like Rosalind and Antonia best

Faye, Sara, Emma, Helen are nice but a bit dull

I'm not keen on the others

CoffeeRunner · 14/04/2021 22:32

Tallulah.

I wouldn’t consider any of the others in a month of Sundays. Bettina? Really?

Time2b33 · 14/04/2021 22:32

Sara

AnnaSW1 · 14/04/2021 22:35

I love Emma

Happenchance · 14/04/2021 22:39

I like Antonia, Sabine, Sara and Emma. I really dislike Marina as a name.

If you like the nickname Tina, have you considered Valentina?

bedtimeshoes · 14/04/2021 22:43

I like... Victoria, Faye, Sara, Emma, Helen, Joan

Odile13 · 15/04/2021 07:41

I meant to say in my previous post, I like Emma and Sara too!

Sooobored · 15/04/2021 07:44

I like Antonia and you can’t go wrong with Emma.

Blueskytoday06 · 15/04/2021 07:47

I'm sorry I don't like any of them.

babynamelover · 15/04/2021 08:10

I like Tallulah nn Tully.

Erictheavocado · 15/04/2021 08:16

Rosalind, Helen(a) or Victoria for me. All classic but not overused IME.

whatausername · 15/04/2021 15:28

Tallulah is frilly and Bettina is clunky. Personally, I would truly dislike to be called Bettina.
Samantha still feels a little dated.
Emma is nice but there's always a few around. Depends if your DD always being Emma D/blonde Emma/English Emma etc would bother you/her.

Monkeytapper · 15/04/2021 15:32

Sara or Antonia

babyguffingtonstrikesagain · 15/04/2021 15:35

Marina - quite nice
Victoria - too 80s
Sabine - not keen
Tallulah - too frilly
Bettina - sounds made up
Samantha - 40yrs old
Faye - a bit wet. Prefer Faith.
Sara - an annoying alternative to Sarah.
Emma - Lovely
Rosalind - Lovely (but prefer Rosalie which is divine)
Helen - 40yrs old
Antonia - Slight Italian feel?
Joan - 60yrs old

skeggycaggy · 15/04/2021 15:36

Bettina was a relative’s nickname from Elizabeth, known as Teener. (Just totally outed myself for any relatives on here). I don’t like it though.

Joan or Helen for me.

Just FYI my name is Antonia (with an equally long middle name, thanks parents) and noone has ever shortened it, I don't have a nickname at all.
