Just that really, like, dislike, name pros and cons? It's a new addition to my shortlist for boy due in May. I seem to be adding new names into the mix as I get closer to due date and this is the latest...

Love the name

I work with one. I asked him how it's pronounced (as far as he's concerned)so I know but lots of people use whichever pronunciation they're most familiar with.

I like it but it was for sure a naughty boy name when I was growing up (mid 90s) although all these naughty Aarons seemed to turn out okay in the end!

@Kollamoolitumarellipawkyrollo

Aaron pn air’un I like. Feels due a comeback!
Isn't Air-un just Aaron said with an American accent?
KirstenBlest · 03/04/2021 09:39

I've only heard it pronounced Arrun.

I tend to think of it as slightly naughty boy's name. Also think that the parents picked up the first name in a book of baby's names.

I wouldn't choose it.

Dislike.

I’m married to one, so I like it!
As everyone has said though he gets a mixture of how people pronounce it (he says Air-on), one friend always calls him Kieran by mistake and a lot of people also seem to confuse it with Erin, which has led to some interesting questions to me about how DS was conceived 😂
