Help - baby boy needs a name

My baby boy arrived over the weekend. We were hoping when we saw him, we'd feel inspired and his name would come to us. It hasnt! Not helped by the fact he's not very well and has been in an incubator so we have had limited time with him.

Please share your favourite boys names so I can read through the list when visiting later and see if anything fits.

My cousin had a baby at the weekend
Named him Alfie..i loved it and it suits him.

Ruby is kind of quirky retro/vintage so Arthur or Oscar would be the obvious choice for me to fit well (although they are top 10). Less popular but still well used, I think Felix or Alfred would be a good match.
Other more classic choices could be Samuel, Edward or Frederick.

My favourite for him is Isaac. I also like Theodore and Rafferty. Biggest problem is getting the OH to agree to anything. He thinks nice but "there might be something better that he hasn't thought of" and he wants to see his face properly without tubes etc. I understand but its infuriating as I just want the little one to have a name. Going to pin him down this evening and see if I can't at least get him to agree to a final two!

What about Raphael/Rafael? The angel associated with healing, which might be nice as your little one isn't very well. And it soulnds a bit like Rafferty which your dh likes.

I hope your little boy is doing well. Isaac means "He will be laughing" so it bodes well for his future. Theodore means "gift from God" that also seems apt for a lovely little boy.

Names which mean strength include Gabriel, Andrew and Ethan.
