Baby Boy - Isaac, Luke, Rory or Thomas

It's taken DH and I a long time to come up with names for DS2, due soon. For DS1, we only had one name we absolutely loved and so was an easy choice - Max.

For DS2, we've narrowed down to:

Isaac
Luke
Rory
Thomas

What order of preference would you have for these names? Any other suggestions (although we've been looking at names so long we have probably already decided against them)? Surname is Smith.

I love the name Rory so much (I have one) but I wish it wasn't getting so popular. It was in the 80s when I chose it 5 years ago and now it's about 40ish I think.
It is still a great name though and similar in popularity to the others on your list. I don't see it as trendy either, I've known Rory's of all ages and it's an Irish classic.

Of your choices I like Luke with Max best - both simple, classic boys names that aren't top 20 popular.

Thomas is quite popular and I don't know if the S ending runs into Smith, and Rory too trendy for me personally compared to Max. Isaac is okay but is the "aac" sound is a quite similar to Max.

It's relatively uncommon now, but a possibility could be Hugh? (another simple classic name).Or perhaps Owen or Evan would be nice?
