Kaia Larissa
Keira Larissa

I really don’t like the K beginning for the names but I love the Greek name Kaia, maybe we could consider Gaia instead? And go for the Irish spelling for Keira? No idea what to do at this point, still in the early stages!

I think I’d consider Maia rather than Gaia. I know it’s ridiculous but I do think Gaia could potentially be a difficult name. I think Maia is lovely.

How about Ciara for the same sound, but (I agree) looks far nicer?

Ciara Larissa is lovely

This is what I would do.

There are so many flipping Maia/Mia/mayas I’d avoid that.

I love Gaia.

Ciara Larissa is great too

I like both Maia and Gaia - Kaia not quite as much as it feels a bit more celeb/trendy (I think Cindy Crawfords model daughter is a Kaia, hangs out with the Kardashians, Hadids etc).

Only difficulty with Maia is confusion with popular Mia and Maya (and possibly pronunciation issues of May -ah vs My -ah) but I do really like it. Gaia is even more gorgeous but much rarer in the UK so again a few people may not know how to pronounce it (more popular in other parts of Europe though).

Keira/Kiera/Ciara also runs into Larissa a bit (2 lots of r sounds) but could be a safer bet as a well known name, even though it's one I'm a bit "blah" about personally compared to Gaia/Maia. Love Larissa/Lara too - should be no spelling or pronunciation issues there!

The middle name is ok and isn't an issue. Try firstname surname.

Kaia and Gaia are both OK. I prefer Kaia. Maia just merges into the Maya, Mia, May, Mae, Maeve names.

Not keen on Keira. It's nicer written as Ciara, but I don't like the sound.

I really like Kaia and I don't mind Larissa but together I'm getting Clarissa and 90s telly vibes - probably showing my age! Not so sure about Keira Larissa - too many R sounds. I quite like Gaia.

Realistically the only time anyone will use both names together is filling in forms so it might not matter too much anyway!

I'd go for Ciara Larissa.
