Pronouncing Adrienne the English way (Ah-dree-enn) or the American way (Adrian)? I have an American friend and always have to think!

Camille Adrienne. Camille is nice, sounds very French and elegant (although my personal preference is for Camilla as I like Roman names)

Adrienne as a first name is a bit too close to the boys version for me personally (although I don't mind Adriana).

I'd shorten Camille to Cami. I suppose you get Milly at an option too.
