We are stuck between the names Robyn and Maisie. Which is your preference?

I much prefer Robyn as it feels more like a full name that is wearable throughout life; I'm not sure I'd want to be a mid-forties Maisie.

Bimblybomeyelash · 02/03/2021 08:12

Robyn

NoSquirrels · 02/03/2021 08:14

Robyn

ParisJeTAime · 02/03/2021 08:24

Robyn.

Maisie isn't to my taste.

Mysa74 · 02/03/2021 08:32

Maisie is good but I love Robyn, I wouldn't mind that as my own first name...

ZebraKid71 · 02/03/2021 08:38

I really like Robyn. Maisie is too cutesy for me.

JustStopFightingPlease · 02/03/2021 08:38

Maisie, as I only know boys called Robin so struggle to think of it as a girl's name.

pilates · 02/03/2021 08:43

Maisie sounds twee so Robyn

VenusClapTrap · 02/03/2021 10:04

Robyn. Really dislike Maisie; it just sounds so babyish.

babynamelover · 02/03/2021 10:14

Robyn is so much nicer.
Maisie is quite limiting and cutsey.

AdaColeman · 02/03/2021 10:19

Robyn by a long way.

ThreeTwoOneBlastOff · 02/03/2021 10:52

I don’t like either to be honest but if I had to pick it would be Robyn. Maisie is too cutesy and twee, and is fine for a toddler or a cat.

FayLivvie · 02/03/2021 13:20

I like Maisie x

BramStoker · 02/03/2021 13:21

Robyn

Spied · 02/03/2021 13:23

Neither to my taste but of the two I'd choose Robyn.

PattyPan · 02/03/2021 13:32

I don't love it but I'd definitely go with Robyn out of the two as it would suit all ages more, Maisie is a very twee/young sounding name.

FoggyDay58 · 02/03/2021 13:34

Maisie

bananamonkey · 02/03/2021 13:45

Robyn is lovely.

aloeha · 02/03/2021 13:46

Maisie

Aquamarine1029 · 02/03/2021 13:46

Robyn, definitely. Maisie is awful.

graham69 · 02/03/2021 13:50

My baby boy (born in 2009) hasn't got a name, can someone help.

HurricaneBitch · 02/03/2021 13:51

Maisie, I don't normally like twee names, it just is way nicer than Robyn.

Robyn. I’m a teacher and Maisie is incredibly popular. I also think it’s a bit twee and sounds better on a child than an adult. I don’t hate or love either name but if I had to pick, it would be Robyn

leggingsandwellies · 02/03/2021 17:37

Maisie. Can't stand Robyn for some reason!
