I really dislike Anthony sorry. I know lots in their 40s and one in his teens who is known by an unrelated nickname.

Anthony -- great classic name. I like Nico too if it's a nn for Niccolò/Nicolas/Nicholas.

I really like Anthony, Nicholas and Tobias (slight preference for Nicholas). (As nicknames I like Ant, Nico, Nick or Nicky and Toby).

But definitely Nicolas or Nicholas on the birth certificate.

You may also like: Benedict, Gregory, Sebastian, Alexander, Dominic.

If you are italian Nico, if not I like Anthony.

Tobias is lovely

Nico is very cool (but does sound quite Italian/European so if you are in the UK, I'd personally consider giving him the option of Nicholas or Dominic on the BC).

Tobias is lovely if a bit more popular (but I prefer it to just Toby which is even more popular). You might like similar Elias?

Anthony feels a bit dated for some reason (weirdly the female Antonia doesn't) - and I dislike the nn's Tony and Ant so it wouldn't be one I could pick.

Nico is a beautiful name!

Nico is short for Nicola (male name ending in an unusual a rather than an o in Italian). Full Nicola does not translate the same in English as it often gets pronounced incorrectly to sound female.
