Inducing labour at home sucess stories.

Been having twinges since I had a sweep yesterday. Had what I thought were contractions all night 1 min long, 4 mins apart. Went in to be checked and I hadn't even dilated. Still 1cm, 3rd baby. I've barely slept and I'm so uncomfy. I've been out for a long walk and I'm just about to pester my partner for the least sexiest sex of his life poor sod. Any tips to really kick start this labour? Especially since he's taken this day off to go hospital with me work have started his paternity leave.

With my two boys I ate tonsssss of pineapple, went for walks up big hills, and had "the least sexy sex" ever 😂 Semen has a high amount of prostaglandin (which is what the gel propress pessary imitates). So after sex I put a pillow under my bum and sat there for a bit...sorry if that's TMI, but both my boys came before their due dates and about 3ish days after their sweeps!

With DC3 my waters broke but contractions just wouldn’t come reliably. I did nipple stimulation. Gave birth a few hours later.

(Just to let you know, my 3rd labour was my weirdest, contractions were 3 mins long but 5-7 mins apart, turned out I was actually fully dilated without really realising)
