I love your names! Christina is very underused and pretty and goes well with Alexandra, in your shoes I'd choose it. With Elizabeth as a middle name

Eliana - no. Ellie and Allie
Isabella - pretty but so many Isabellas, Isabelles and isabels
Christina - lovely
Anna/ Anya - Anna yes, Anya not so keen
Elizabeth - can't go wrong
Cassandra - not keen.Only fools and horses. Zandra and Sandra.
Helena - nice but popular. Prefer Helen

Firstly, I love Alexandra :)

Eliana - I really like Eliana and love Elianne but I just think everybody would automatically shorten it to Ellie which I'm not a fan of and does seem as special as Eliana / Elianne

Isabella - I know an Isabella whose younger sister is Alexandra. It a nice name, bit frilly for my tastes though. I prefer the simplicity of Isobel

Christina - I like it, especially with the nn Kit

Anna/ Anya - love Anna, not a fan of Anya. I also love Hannah

Elizabeth - nice but a bit bland

Cassandra - not a fan as I don't like Cassie

Helena - love it, both pronunciations. This would be my first choice of your names

Eliana - ok Isabella - very pretty and lots of nn goes well with Alexandra Christina - ok Anna - love the name but wouldn't use same initial Anya - ok Elizabeth - see Isabella Cassandra - ok Helena - ok

Eliana has too many vowels. I don’t like any of the others with Alexandra.

Just thought, if you like Cassandra, how about Cressida? Has a nice flow with Alexandra.....
