I love both but would probably go for Alice on the basis it’s more classic to me, Sophia has rapidly become very popular over the last 15 years so could feel dated in another 15

Both lovely, one was on our shortlist. I think some people may find Sophia a bit "posh", couldn't choose between them otherwise.

I love Alice ,

I really liked it but if I have a girl her middle name will be Anne, and I can't really name a baby Alice Anne 🤣 sounds too close to Alison

Sophia sounds a bit posh/ pretentious to me.
