Keep falling out of love with names!

It's driving me mad!

So far m we've picked a different name we both like SEVEN times, but the more I say it/think about it/talk about it, I go off it. Even previous names I've always loved, and am coming up with names that never even registered before soon to be disliked again no doubt

Wish we could just pick one and have done with it!

Anyone else have this? Any tips?

Hormones!!! I know someone who picked about 15 bonkers names for her child when pregnant then after the birth laughed at herself and gave her kid a lovely but normal name lol

Hormones can also make you not like something that is perfectly lovely too!!

I really struggled with boys names, changed my mind every 2 weeks! Luckily I had all girls!

My tip is make a short list and keep it in your birth bag and decide when baby arrives. Or even try some out after baby is born before you decide!

I think you can over say a name until it sounds weird. Wrote down the ones you like... then leave them for a bit. Come back to it later or like previously suggested in the hospital have a list and see what fits.

We had a list of 3 names but waited until birth the front runner and my initial favourite throughout pregnancy ended up being my sons middle name as I just didn't think it suited him fully. That would be my tip have a short list and decide when you meet them
