I absolutely adore Vivienne and Vivi as a nickname.

I know an Italian girl, Viviana, nickname Vivi
Lovely name

Ava very popular in the primary school I work in. I'd avoid for that reason. Vivienne is beautiful.

Ava - really like, though it is very popular
Hollie - bit dull, prefer Polly
Verity - I quite like it, possibly due a revival
Nella - nope - I like Nell, possibly as a nn for Eleanor

Oops - forgot Vivienne! Not that keen really. Dislike Viv - which it will probably be shortened to.

My favourites are Ada (love this!) and Holly (would spell with a y). You wouldn't need a nickname for either of them.

Ada is lovely but slightly trendy at the moment.
