Had previous thread a while back but due date is getting nearer and me and OH are down to the last two but struggling to decide between them. Really just want to feel certain with one now so can give him/get used to a name. Just wondering which people prefer and why to help me see how I feel. Older sibling called Josie.

Harry
Jamie

I prefer Harry for itself, and definitely prefer it with sister Josie.

Jamie (although I’d go for James). You can’t move for little Harrys around here!

Thanks for the replies ☺️ seems pretty neck and neck with Harry edging it slightly & seems like peoples reasons are mostly overuse/popularity of Harry Vs Jamie being too close to Josie 🤔

Don't know if makes the difference but me and OH also have J names so I guess we'd sort of accidentally started something of a theme with our DD (did just love the name though so didn't care!) but we have the option to get stop it now or go along with it depending on choice! Would that sway people more to one or other?

I like Jamie. Harry's are everywhere these days...

James, I don't like Jamie as a nn for James but I like it more than Harry.

I'd also wait until they are here. They might suit one more than the other
