How many Theas do you know? I love the name Thea with the full name Theadora. I don't know any so was wondering about it's popularity. Also what kind of person do you picture when you think of a Thea? Isit too serious?

I like Thea a lot - I don't know any. It doesn't sound too serious to me, it sounds quite artistic, feminine and strong. I would use it as a standalone name though - I dislike Theodora, Dorothea, Althea etc. It would be on my list if it didn't rhyme with the name of my DD! You might also like Thora.

I know a few baby Theas. Think it’s quite popular at the moment.

My eldest is a Thea Rose. So far so good, despite living in the south east most people manage th not f. Her swim teacher calls her Theo quite often which is a bit weird. Thea-saurus is our go to nick name because she's dino mad.

It's definitely getting popular. 60 kids in her preschool and there's 2 Thea's (which my one is delighted by whenever we bump into her!)

I think it's lovely.
