Our dd surname will be Green, we really like the name Rose, I can't help but think Rose Green may be a little bit silly? What do you think?

I think that the names I suggested are fine if you have the personality to carry it off, but I think that something like Skye Green would hear 'but the sky isn't green' way too often.

Either way, I still think a noun wouldn't be a good first name in this instance. Whereas these have a nice ring:
