Baby girl list

We are expecting our second baby girl in the new year. We have Mabel Kate. There are no names we love but have a list. Opinions please

Olive
Flora/ Florence
Alma
Lilian
Matilda (maybe too similar to Mabel?)
Heather

Mabel Kate is beautiful! Really nice list, too.

I really like Lillian, Flora and Alma best from your list.

Tessa and Frances are two other names which I think would go nicely with Mabel.

Lilian Alma Flora are absolutely lovely.

Not keen on Heather and Mathilda (Tilly) is ok but very popular

I like Olive and Flora best.

Matilda is so so popular in my local area that I now find it boring, which is a shame as it is a lovely name. I find Heather a bit dated. Do you like Hazel?

If it were me I'd go with Mabel and Olive or Mabel and Alma

I have a Flora (10). It's a beautiful name

I think Flora is lovely and goes best with Mabel, closely followed by Lilian.
Alma is okay and would also fit well.
I quite like Matilda and Florence but they have both become rather popular recently if that matters to you?
I don't like Olive, sorry and I think Heather is very 70's/80's feeling in comparison to Mabel.

Do like your list especially Flora and Alma. What about Astrid, Josephine or Stella?

Alma is a rare one, reminds me of Corrie 😂 I quite like it! But I'm one of those people who wanted to name my daughter a name that no one else in her class was likely to have (not especially wild though) Olive is really popular right now.

Olive and Mabel are the names of Andrew Cotter’s two dogs - now internet sensations. There is a book out Calle Olive, Mabel and me.
Quite a lot of people follow his videos and will make that association

Thank you all. My favourites are Alma, Lilian or Olive. Josephine is really nice actually. I like Hazel but it’s a no way from dh. Kitty is lovely too but we know a Kitty.

Olive - I quite like it, not sure
Flora/ Florence - Flora is lovely. I like Florence too. I think Flora maybe fits a bit better.
Alma - not keen at all. Prefer Alba but I think it might be too close to the sound of Mabel
Lilian - I like it
Matilda (maybe too similar to Mabel?) - I like it a lot but it does seem to start an M theme

I would pick Flora Olive or Heather Lillian.

The only one I like is Kate. The rest to me are dull and old fashioned. Flora is ok.
Alma is awful to me.

I don’t like the name but Flora sounds gorgeous with Mabel.
In preference though I’d say Heather. That’s very pretty.
