Joe/Joey

Boys names are particularly difficult for me and DP to think/agree on, I already have a girls name sorted. The boys name I like is Joe and I like Joey. Would you have Joe as an 'official' name or Joey? (And yes...I do watch Friends but this is not the only reason for choosing this name haha)
Also, I would like William as a middle name for any boys name that we agree on so feel free to suggest other names that could go before William.

I have a Joseph Daniel so I am also bias! You don’t hear Joseph that often which is nice. My Joseph is now 3 and he calls himself Joe when people ask his name even though I’ve never called him that but I love that he’s shortened it himself 😊 great choice OP!

Joseph William is fabulous, Joe is such a brilliant short form.

Like others have said, Joseph full name and then joey or Joe as nn. Great name, timeless!
