Thoughts on our girl names!

We have whittled it down to potentially two names, depending on what she looks like. The options are:

Eliza Charlotte Grace
Thea Charlotte Grace

I prefer Eliza, DH prefers Thea.
I am a little concerned that th sounds are pronounced as an f quite often in our area, which might bug me if we went for Thea.

Other names I like: Orla, Isla (but way too popular) Annaliese, Clara, Kate, Anna, Freya.
DH doesn't like any of these names 😂

Thea is my dogs name, so no for me.
Eliza or Elisa is one of our choices for a girl!

Eliza is great, not so much a fan of Thea, particlarly if people might not pronounce the "Th"

Eliza.

Someone, somewhere will pronounce Thea as Feah

Nutmegpapaya · 26/10/2020 11:30

I like both! I think Thea is cooler but Eliza might work better if you're in an area that would pronounce Thea as Fea.

I've met a couple of older Thea's that are in their 20s. Both were from the south east and the name sounded really good in their accent (it made it sound quite posh)

Much much much prefer Thea Smile
Also love Orla but I'm worried about the popularity of it too (I really wish that these things didn't bother me!)
