Inspired by the children's book series Sisters Eight, in which the octuplet girls are called Annie, Durinda, Georgia, Jackie, Marcia, Petal, Rebecca and Zinnia.

Oh, I don't know -- you could spell them in 'unique' ways eg

Hay (the H is silent)
Beea
Sea
Deigh
E!
Effe
Gee
Aitch (or Haitch with a silent H'...)

Notoctuplets but I once knew a family with seven children whose names all started with M! Why would you? Very confusing later when their mail would all be addressed to M. Smith!
