How do you pronounce Isolde?

I'd say Eye sold, but that leaves it very open to mispronunciation with my accent I must admit it's not a name I've ever come across before.

Where I am from (Ireland) Isolde is pronounced Izzawldeh, emphasis on the "awl" bit.
There is a variation called Iseult, and that is pronounced Izzult.

It is a lovely name IMO. Fun fact, there is a little village in Dublin called Chapelizod, and it means the chapel of Isolde. It comes from the legend of Tristan and Isolde. There are Cornish connections to the legend also.
