Have an Eliza and a Hugo, don't know if DC3 is a boy or girl. (I've name changed as thats probably quite outing!)

I like Otto, Dexter & Benedict too but DH not keen.

Any suggestions?

Beatrix was our back up name for Eliza, DH has a funny accent from many years with the army and it just sounds a bit odd when he says it!

Is Ada too close to Eliza?

Eliza and Zara are quite similar. Miles, Marcus and Sebastian are all nice. Miles is my favourite for you.

Miles is a great choice.

I really love Eliza but would think a sister Ada had been short-changed by comparison!

How about Katia/Katya?

I like Astrid and Miles. How about Clara or Quentin?

I think Ada is a bit bland alongside Eliza.

Otillie, Xanthe or penelope?

I'm sure I'm finding girls names harder because I think baby is a girl!

Penelope, definitely. Goes really well with the others.

I don't mind Xanthe, in fact I like it but think it's slightly different to Eliza. Ottilie is popular but I just don't find it a pleasant name and Ottie is not a patch on Penny as a nickname.

I like Zara and Marcus best from your list. Delilah is okay, don’t care for Astrid. Sebastian is nice. Miles is a strange one for me it has an air of sloppiness about it as if someone is pronouncing it lazily, I know lots of people like it though.

Penelope by far.
Xanthe is nice but doesn’t quite match the style of your other DC names. Otillie doesn’t fit either, and really isn’t very nice.

I also agree that Zara and Delilah don’t go with Eliza.
Like Astrid and Penelope from your list.
Others might be Iris or Alice.
I like Miles from your boys list.
Alex, Oscar and Stanley also go well
