  • Winston
  • Beau
  • Grayson
  • Milo
  • Juniper (Juno nn)
  • Quincy

  • Emmett
  • Wilfred

Emmett is lovely, and Milo has really grown on me recently

MJMG2015 · 05/10/2020 18:26

Grayson

Milo is a hit drink on NZ 🤣. Not that it affects you, but that's my association. And the Tweenies!!

I met a MNer once whose DS was Arlo - he was THE cutest wee toddler.

Not terribly keen on the others & definitely not Juniper!

Dotinthecity · 05/10/2020 18:33

I love Kit!

nutellatoast · 05/10/2020 18:37

Love the name Kit it is so cute but I would use it as short for Christopher.
Don't mind Arlo or Milo but not keen on the other choices. Juno/Juniper definitely a girl's name. Jude is much better. Also think Otis and Rafferty are cool names with similar vibe.

sibbys · 05/10/2020 18:37

Wilbur!

ComicePear · 05/10/2020 18:38

Kit is my favourite

SequinSmile · 05/10/2020 18:43

I love Winston and Milo! Kit and Wilfred are nice too.

jessstan1 · 05/10/2020 18:51

Emmett is lovely, means 'universal' or 'truth'.

Quincy means 'estate of the fifth son' (hardly relevant in this day and age). Not overly keen on that or the others.

supoort · 05/10/2020 18:55

Emmet is nice, I like that. Not keen on the others though but I think we have different tastes.

micc · 05/10/2020 19:53

In the same boat! Literally as my daughter is called Clementine and I'm currently pregnant with number 2 ahaha,
I love Grayson! But my OH isn't keen, it's really nice.
I think all of the names on your list are fab.
What about Robin, Vincent, Leonardo? Great nn for all of them.

Anthilda · 05/10/2020 19:56

Kit (might get named kit kat at school mind)

Lovely name though

Anthilda · 05/10/2020 19:57

@micc I prefer Leonard to leonardo

jessstan1 · 05/10/2020 20:03

Leonard is good, Leo or Len for short but surely Leonardo is the Italian version and appropriate for someone from an Italian family.

Sunflowers247 · 05/10/2020 21:30

I like Grayson, Vincent, Quentin and Raphael as siblings for Clementine.

Auto · 05/10/2020 22:23

I like Arlo, Winston. Milo.

Jasper
Louis
Alexander

Orson

AmyMaria2 · 05/10/2020 23:08

NCGardener · 05/10/2020 23:15

Enzo

TheGirlWhoLived · 05/10/2020 23:17

I think it’s Quinsy that is a pus filled abscess on your tonsils Grin

Hushabyelullabye · 05/10/2020 23:18

Kit (with Grayson next)

TheGirlWhoLived · 05/10/2020 23:19

Couple of others to add to your list, Gabe (Gabriel); Drew (Andrew); Flynn

Ghosts2020 · 06/10/2020 03:57

alexdgr8 · 06/10/2020 04:03

Winston
Wilfred
sorry, don't like the others.

Angelina82 · 06/10/2020 04:55

so maybe something that works in harmony with that)

What does that even mean? Why do people now consider their other kids name -some even when they haven’t even got that other kid!- Mind boggling. Anyway in answer to your question Milo is the best of a bad bunch. Please do not name your boy Juniper.

Mangotango123 · 06/10/2020 06:08

In harmony, in this instance, is the sound of names that go together well. For instance I’m pretty sure two siblings wouldn’t be called Angelina and the other Angelica as they’re too similar.

Sorry to have boggled your mind. I guess just hypothetically mapping it out in my head is just something I do as I like to have ideas like that, the same as a lot of ppl have a list of names in their head for children they have not yet got/yearn for.

As stated in the beginning ‘these are just ideas’ and this is just a discussion, not a certified poll that I’ll tally up the likes and say ‘yes I will def use that one should it happen’. It’s open for comment for those lovely people who enjoy sharing their ideas together, presumably why they engage in threads in first place.
