WDYT of this name for a girl?

We have been loving the middle name Summer but have seen it rise in popularity or at least it seems it has in the area we are in. Is it usable or is it too linked to the place?

First name runner ups for now are Blair, Carlota, Imogen and Harriet.

Summer - rhymes with Bummer
Somerset - as county names go it's better than Surrey, Rutland or Wiltshire
Blair - just a noise, Blare. Sticking an e on the end does zilch for it
Carlota - Carlotta?
Imogen - fine, but I don't like Immy
Harriet - fine, but not shortened to Harry. Hattie is great.
