Tom and Ted for twins?

Hello, due twin boys in a couple of weeks time and are thinking of using these names with Thomas and Edward on birth certificate for full. What do people think? Cheers

Tom and Ed is better, or Ned

I know twin boys who are Tommy and Teddy. Its quite sweet. They can always go by the long version when they get older if they like.

I prefer Ted to Tom.

Absolutely! Brilliant names.

My grandfather was Timothy, but known his whole life as Ted.

I would never make the association that Thomas and Edward are trains. They are nice classic names. I’d avoid Ted if you use Tom. Ed is nice.
